Tuthill House at the Mill Restaurant & Tavern’s menu is inspired by American country cooking, featuring fresh, local artisan products and ingredients of the Hudson Valley.

Drink

The bar at Tuthill House Restaurant is the first avenue into a glass for the pioneering distillery next door. Our head barmen create experimental cocktails that bring local spirits and ingredients into new and delicious combinations, as well as give life to the best expression of classic cocktails.

Eat

Homemade, modern American cuisine featuring prime steaks, grass-fed beef, and all other fare both simple and refined in a historic 1788 grist mill. Tuthill House at the Mill Restaurant & Tavern’s menu is inspired by fresh, local artisan products and ingredients of the Hudson Valley.
