We’re proud to announce the availability of the first batch in our R & D line, Tuthilltown Cacao Liqueur.
We work intimately with Fruition Chocolate to directly source field-selected cacao beans from farms in Peru and The Dominican Republic. The cacao is then roasted, blended, milled and conched to our specifications before being distilled to capture the finest flavors and aromas of the chocolate. It is then lightly syrupized to capture all of the best characteristics of the world’s finest dark chocolates. Looks for notes of cocoa butter, dark caramel candies and deep, luscious, earthy chocolate tones.
