Basement Bitters is an innovative new creation from our bottling crew, who just so happen to work in the basement under our Tasting Room. “Bitter Frost” is the first release in the Basement Bitters line of products. This elixir is a special blend of unaged rye spirit, Sarsaparilla, and fourteen other herbs and spices, balanced with local maple syrup and aged in one of our rye whiskey cured barrels. The result is a distinctively aromatic bitters that is crisp, bitter and warm, it will truly enhance your favorite cocktail. Bitter Frost is now available through our tasting room and on our online store.

Event: Grand Cochon Aspen
GRAND COCHON, is among the finale events at the Annual FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen, the nation’s premier culinary festival, and will determine the 2013 “King or Queen of Porc.” The event includes more than 30 chef dishes, butcher demos, reserve wines, craft brews, mixologists, artisan cocktails, single vineyard mezcals, ports, a whole Heritage BBQ pig, pig-infused chocolates and an award ceremony. The winning chef will be chosen by the audience and a panel of 20 expert judges.
