Event: Grand Cochon Aspen
GRAND COCHON, is among the finale events at the Annual FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen, the nation’s premier culinary festival, and will determine the 2013 “King or Queen of Porc.” The event includes more than 30 chef dishes, butcher demos, reserve wines, craft brews, mixologists, artisan cocktails, single vineyard mezcals, ports, a whole Heritage BBQ pig, pig-infused chocolates and an award ceremony. The winning chef will be chosen by the audience and a panel of 20 expert judges.

Event: SUMMER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION Cocktails & Farm Dinner
The annual Summer Solstice Celebration will begin with a cocktail reception on Museum Hill and will feature a special viewing of the 2013 exhibition Thomas Houseago: As I Went Out One Morning, and David Brooks’s site-specific project, A Proverbial Machine in the Garden. Following, guests will enjoy a gourmet farm-sourced dinner, designed by Peter Hoffman of Back Fourty and Shelley Boris of Fresh Company, in the di Suvero fields.
